Each day, you and others in the group will receive a writing prompt about your grief journey. The prompts are not intended to be a replacement for therapy, but instead, they are designed to invite group sharing about the experience of grief. Each group member can post their response in the group chat. If the prompt feels too overwhelming, and you need to pass, you are free to do so....no questions asked. Fellow group members are free to respond to an individual post of members.
A group facilitator will be in the group to ensure that Group Agreements are followed by all members.
